USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) has announced an inflation adjustment to Premium Processing service fees. The new values are expected to come into effect from February 26, 2024.

Premium Process is a paid option to expedite the review of your visa or immigration process in the United States. By opting for Premium Processing, your application is treated with priority and the decision is made within 45 days, depending on the type of visa. With an extra fee, you get a faster response, making the process more streamlined.
The fees for this application will increase for certain visa forms (EB2NIW, Students, L, R, EB3, etc…). For instance:
∙ Form I-129, for nonimmigrant workers, will increase from $1,500 to $1,685 (H-2B/R-1 categories) and from $2,500 to $2,805 (other classifications).
∙ Form I-140, for immigrant workers, will be $2,500 to $2,805.
∙ Form I-539, from $1,750 to $1,965.
